Do I have to approve the repair before you start?
Yes, every time. A technician inspects the car, we walk you through what we found and what it costs, and nothing gets fixed until you say go. If something can wait, we'll tell you that too.
What does the free check engine light scan actually tell me?
We pull the codes, tell you what they point to, and tell you whether it's safe to keep driving. A code tells you where to look, not always what failed. If pinning it down takes deeper diagnosis, we quote that first and you decide.
Will getting my truck serviced here void the factory warranty?
No. Federal law (the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act) says a manufacturer can't void your warranty or deny a claim just because an independent shop did the maintenance or repair. Keep your receipts so you can show the work was done on schedule. Repairs the factory warranty itself pays for still go through the dealer; everything else can come here. Ford, Chevy, Ram, and Toyota are our wheelhouse.
How does up to $100 off major repairs work?
You get 10% off the repair total, up to $100. On a $600 repair that's $60 off; at $1,000 and up it's the full $100. It comes off the estimate you approve, so you see the number before any work starts.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome Monday through Saturday during business hours. If you'd rather lock in a time, book online and pick a time that works for you.
